Step by step guide to use Step Hero Multiverse Help Desk portal


1. Create support ticket

Step 1: Open incognito mode on your browser

Step 2: Visit https://help.stephero.io and click "New support ticket"

- Fill in the Txhash section if you have a Txhash for your issue. Please fill in only 1 Txhash for 1 submission. We handle cases by transactions

- Fill in the Description section if you want to describe your issue further

- Only fill in the Testimonial section if you have a disable account issue

Tickets with incorrect information may not be handled!

Step 3: Fill in all the information and CAPTCHA


Note:

- If you don't use incognito mode on your browser, CAPTCHA verification may fail

- Check ticket status feature is not available for end-users

- 10 minutes after creating a ticket, you will receive an email notification to in your mailbox. After the ticket has been resolved, an email will be sent to your mailbox to update the status of the ticket


2. Searching for information

- FaQs are updated in the Knowledge Base section, or the "Solutions" tab

- Product change logs are updated in the Community forum section, or the "Forum" tab


Note:

- Replying to Forum topics is not available for end-users
